UW Biology Professor Billie Swalla has been awarded the Service Award from The Pan American Society for Evolutionary Developmental Biology. This prestigious award celebrates a PASEDB colleague who has made exceptional contributions to the PASEDB and/or EvoDevo not strictly in research but also in teaching, education, outreach, critical service to PASEDB, or other aspects of serving the community.
